Ingredients:
Butternut
Sweet Potato
Sweet Corn
Cous Cous
Feta
Lean Beef Steak
Avocado
Turmeric
Fresh Chill
Coconut oil
Method:
Grill all veg together at 180 for an hour
Fry steak on non stick pan and cut into thin slices when ready
Boil corn in water with salt and cut off the cob
Prepare cous cous
mix everything together and ENJOY
